These three Organic, Ceremonial quality expressions of Matcha are allproduced in the beautiful Kirishima Mountain volcanic region of southern Japan.
Sakimidori (先緑), which means “harvest green.” Sakimidori is prized for its vivid green color and unique aromas of cream and floral Bao Zhong oolong tea.
Okumidori (奥緑), which means “deep green.” Okumidori is celebrated for its very vibrant emerald, green color.
Tsuyuhikari ( 露 光), which means “dew light.” Tsuyuhikari is harvested right in the middle of the spring season and is celebrated for its venerable, Gyokuro-like umami character.
